Refund & Return Policy

At Peach Slice Skin, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

We accept returns only in specific cases such as:
You received a damaged product
You received the wrong item
The product arrived leaking or defective
To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
Return Method: Once a return request is approved, the customer must send the product back using a courier service to the return address provided by Peach Slice Skin.
Return Shipping: For approved returns due to damaged, wrong, leaking, or defective products, Peach Slice Skin will cover the return shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Clear photos/videos of the product must be provided

Products damaged through misuse or intentional damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected by Peach Slice Skin.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
