At Peach Slice, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • We accept returns only in specific cases such as:
  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product arrived leaking or defective
  • To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Clear photos/videos of the product must be provided

The item must not be intentionally damaged after delivery

We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed.

Refunds may be issued through:

  • Easypaisa
  • JazzCash

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used skincare products
  • Opened items
  • Products damaged after use
  • Change-of-mind purchases

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
